I'm Carolyn: a social marketing and community building nerd

For 10 years I've been managing social media strategies for brands across a huge range of industries. I'm an expert organic marketer who thrives in the place where social media and online community meet.

Running Bad Axe Enterprises for a decade has taught me a thing or two about building scalable processes (both for myself and my clients).

What the heck does that mean?

It means I know what to automate and what absolutely requires the human touch. 

It means I thrive in startups, I'm a fast learner, I'm detail obsessed, and have a sick generalist skillset I've honed over a DECADE of working for hundreds of brands to connect them with the right people online.
